Celtics News: Bench Unit Falls to Knicks, Celtics Will Take On Wizards in Play-In

Boston dropped their last game of the season vs. the New York Knicks 96-92. The Celtics held out their top players, trotting out a starting lineup of Luke Kornet, Grant Williams, Semi Ojeleye, Romeo Langford, and Tremont Waters. The C’s were led by Tremont Waters with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals. Jabari Parker also chipped in with 18 points, 7 rebounds, and two assists. Tremont Waters spoke with media after his performance, and spoke on Russell Westbrook and the upcoming matchup with Washington on Tuesday: The Celtics will face off against the Wizards Tuesday night at 9PM in the first game of the play-in tournament.
