Norwich City have completed their fourth first-team signing of the summer this week, announcing the arrival of Sam Byram from West Ham on a four-year deal.

The 25-year-old defender has joined the club from West Ham for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £750k. 

Byram has taken the number three shirt at Norwich, previously worn by James Husband, and will now link-up with his new teammates in Germany this week.

He could make his debut on Friday as Norwich face Schalke in a pre-season friendly, before returning to England to face Brentford, Luton, Atalanta and Toulouse before the Premier League campaign begins.
