Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers made it clear on Thursday that he’s not going to let the team trade him to the San Francisco 49ers. However, it does appear that there are two potential suitors lined up if and when Green Bay decided to part ways with its legendary quarterback.

According to Pro Football Network insider Tony Pauline, the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Jets are both not only in the market for a veteran quarterback but have the flexibility to pull off the mega-trade.

“In fact, one source said that general manager Joe Douglas is admitting to people in the league the franchise will go all out in the attempt to bring Rodgers to Gang Green,” said Pauline.

“During Shrine Bowl week, a source told PFN that receiver Davante Adams is lobbying hard to bring Rodgers to the Raiders. That was further confirmed this week. Adams was twice a first-team All-Pro receiver and five-time Pro Bowler with Rodgers as his quarterback,” he added.

Davante Adams, Rodgers’ former wide receiver in Green Bay, had made it clear he’d love to see Aaron in Sin City. However, Rodgers continues to say that he hasn’t even made a decision about what he wants to do next season, let alone whether or not he’ll agree to a trade. It’s going to be another wild offseason for the Packers and their star QB.
