Afghanistan mosque bombing kills at least 12 despite three-day Eid ceasefire

According to Afghanistan’s authorities, at least 12 people have been killed and dozens of others injured in Kabul, after an explosion went off inside a mosque in the north of the Afghani capital. For now, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, which comes in the middle of a three-day ceasefire announced by the government and the Taliban during the Eid al-fitr festivities, as FRANCE 24’s Kabul correspondent Nanna Muus Steffensen reports.
