Look: Video Of Deion Sanders Benching Is Going Viral
Deion Sanders is looking to raise the bar at Colorado
The 55-year-old head coach had two toes amputated on his left foot, leading him to use a segway to help get around. But that didn't stop him from showing up his team in the weight room.
Thee Pregame Show posted a video of Sanders in the gym with his son, Deion "Bucky" Sanders Jr., and Colorado assistant coach Sam Malone. While still wearing a heavy coat over a hoodie, Sanders popped on the bench without any warmup.
He lifted 245 pounds on six reps without much difficulty before getting back on his scooter and driving away.
"Don't ever try me again," he said.

Sanders last played in 2005, but he apparently hasn't fallen behind much in the weight room.
Coach Prime inherits a Colorado program that won one game last season. His players are wearing blank jerseys during spring practice before earning the numbers.
"I am old school, man. ... My kids have to earn things," Sanders said this week, per Dean Straka of 247Sports. "I don't give them nothing. If you know me and how I parent, they don't get nothing. They have to earn it."
