Ingredients: 100g Gobindobhog or Vishnubhog rice 1.5 tsp ghee 1 l full fat milk 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup nolen gur or date palm jaggery Method: Wash the rice just once and mix the ghee in it. Heat the milk in a large pan and let it come to a boil. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the rice and cook while stirring occasionally until rice is soft. Add the cashews and raisins and mix well. Add the nolen gur and mix well.
