Cleverly: ‘Flexibility’ from the EU could lead to a deal

James Cleverly has said “a bit of flexibility from the EU” on the Irish backstop would ensure a “very good chance” to strike a deal. The Conservative Party Chairman also said if the European Union is unable to change their position then the UK will leave without a deal on October 31st 2019 “as promised”.
