Germany's economy dodges recession

Germany has escaped recession by a whisker, registering growth of 0.1% in the last quarter. The EU's largest economy had contracted in the previous three months, as it was hit by a fall in exports. Also today, we look at the falling numbers of wealthy French people choosing to move abroad since the wealth tax was reformed.
