Greenland glacier is growing again, NASA says

A key Greenland glacier is growing. It had been retreating nearly two miles and thinning 130 feet per year. But a new study by NASA found it started expanding at about the same rate in the past two years. The researchers say it's because of a temporary cooling of the surrounding ocean. But they say that means the progress will likely be reversed when the waters start to warm again.
