Ireland's Deputy PM: Dublin "won't be an obstacle" to Brexit extension

Ireland's Tánaiste (Deputy Prime Minister) says the Irish government "won't be an obstacle" to an extension to the Brexit process, which Theresa May is expected to request next week at a meeting of EU leaders.
