US Army soldiers brought food and water to residents in and around San Juan on Thursday, October 5. Video provided by the US Air Force shows soldiers working with residents to unload the water and food to be distributed.More than 15,000 civilian and military personnel are helping in Puerto Rico with the recovery from Hurricane Maria, FEMA’s website said.
