Kansas City Royals 2015 World Series Champs

The Kansas City Royals walked all over the Mets in game 5 at Citi Field, beating the New York Mets 7-2, to take the series 4-1. The Royals clinched their first World Series title in 30 years. Christian Colon drove in the go-ahead run in his first post season at-bat and Royals manager Ned Yost says he never doubted his side would overcome the two-run deficit. He went on to hail his bullpen and series MVP Salvador Pérez talked about his team's fighting spirit.
