UFC star Conor McGregor was arrested Monday evening in Miami after being accused of smashing a fan's phone, according to the Miami Herald's David Ovalle. He was later released from a Miami-Dade County jail Monday night after posting a $12,500 bond, according to ESPN's Ariel Helwani.

The incident took place outside the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel at around 5 a.m. on Monday when the fan attempted to take a photo of McGregor, according to the arrest report. McGregor then allegedly slapped the phone out of the fan's hand and stomped on it multiple times.
