Salman Khan shares first look from Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, shoot begins in Mumbai

Salman Khan is back on the sets to begin the shoot of his upcoming film, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Today, May 14, the actor took to Instagram to drop the first look from the action drama. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali also stars Telugu actor Venkatesh Daggubati in the female lead role. On May 13, the film's shoot commenced at a special set in Vile Parle, Mumbai. Helmed by Farhad Samji, the film also stars Pooja Hegde.

Salman Khan never forgets to share updates about his upcoming films with his fans and followers on social media. As he commenced shooting his next film, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, he shared the first look from the film. In the picture, he looks fierce in an all-black avatar. Salman has never been seen in a look where he donned messy long hair. With a metal rod in his hand, the actor seems all ready to give another power-packed performance. "Shooting commences for my new film . (sic)," Salman Khan captioned his post.

SALMAN COMMENCED KABHI EID KABHI DIWALI SHOOT ON MAY 13

Salman Khan recently announced Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and on May 13, he began shooting for the film at a specially erected set in Vile Parle, Mumbai. It also stars Telugu actor Venkatesh Daggubati as one of the lead roles.

Salman Khan will be shooting the scenes featuring him in the ongoing schedule and Venkatesh will be joining in later. Salman Khan is shooting an action-oriented sequence now. The Farhad Samji directorial has Pooja Hegde as the lead actress. Due to Venkatesh's presence, the film is most likely to enjoy a decent enough reach in the Telugu market as well.

ABOUT KABHI EID KABHI DIWALI

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film has Salman Khan, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on December 30, 2022. More details about the cast and crew will be out in the next few days. The film is touted to be a commercial potboiler. Venkatesh is expected to join the shoot in the first week of June, if not later.
