Justin Beiber had recently come up with his single called 'Lonely'. In the music video, the singer talks about feeling alone despite having people who love him.

Bieber has now revealed that he indeed had suicidal thoughts. In his recently released documentary - YouTube Originals documentary Justin Bieber: Next Chapter - Bieber spoke about the time when pain had become consistent for him.

He was heard saying, "There was times where I was really, really suicidal. Like, man is this pain ever going to go away? It was so consistent, the pain was so consistent."

Justin then shared realizing it was suffering and that he did not want to feel the way. "I was just suffering, right? So, I’m just like, man, I would rather not feel this than feel this," he said.

"I had no idea that this life would take me by storm. I had no idea that I would just get sucked up by all of this stuff," Bieber added.

The singer was heard talking about how his latest music video 'Lonely' was to encourage people to open up. He shared, "I just would encourage people, like, ‘Hey, if you’re feeling lonely, talk about it. Say it out loud.’ There’s a freedom in that. I could have avoided a lot of pain."
