Step 1 Hold dumbbells and lie face up with your arms extended over your chest and your palms facing forward. Keep your knees bent and feet flat on floor.

Step 2 Brace your core. Slowly lower your left arm toward the floor. Rest the back of your arm on the floor forming a 45-degree angle with your body. Pause at bottom and reverse direction back to starting position. Continue alternating back and forth between the left and right arm for the prescribed amount of repetitions.
