Beetroot and carrot are two vegetables rich in bioactive compounds such as phenolic compounds. These phenolics have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and help prevent the development of various diseases. In addition, they are a source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals that help in the proper functioning of the intestine and in the improvement of immunity. To maximize the benefits of this mixture, it would be interesting to add orange. Sugar-free carrot and beet orange juice has 44 calories per 100g, 0.22g of fat, 1.1g of protein, and 10.4g of carbs.

This is obviously dependent on the quantity of juice however, all the carbohydrates in the juice are simple carbohydrates as all the fiber would have been removed to create the juice. From the beetroot - the juice will be a great source of potassium. Beet root is also high in phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese and zinc. From the carrots - the juice will be exceptionally high in vitamin A (beta carotene that will be converted into vitamin A). In addition carrots are high in vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium. Taking this all into consideration - the combination juice will be exceptionally high in vitamin A and very high in potassium. It will also be high in vitamin C, vitamin K phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese and zinc. Having this as a smoothie would be much better as this would contain all these nutrients along with fiber.
