Techniques to stay grounded and centered

Sharpen your attention with this routine. You'll start with alternate nostril breathing, which is thought to calm your mind. Then, you'll enhance our focus by finding one point around you to rest your gaze on (called a "drishti) throughout the sequence. As you focus your gaze, you focus your mind. When you close your eyes, try focusing on the spot above and in between your eyebrows (called the "third eye") to keep your mind from wandering.
