Enhance the execution of advanced moves that take you upside down.

Aside from (literally) turning your frown upside down, inversions increase blood flow to your brain, which may lead to a more positive mood. But inversions don't come naturally to everyone, so be patient. Don't spend too much time getting stuck on any one move. There are a lot to choose from in this routine, and the moves will come to your body when you are ready. If you feel any strain in your neck, shoulders or back, choose a different move, or avoid inversions.

Safety Warning

If you feel any pain or discomfort, check your alignment, back off a little, or stop. Rest in child's pose any time you want or need to.
