Chicken Kathi Kebab Recipe

Succulent and lip-smackingly delicious, these Chicken Kathi Kebabs are just to die for. Ingredients: 250G chicken 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp shahi garam masala Salt to taste 2 tsp curd 1 tsp oil Oil, as required for cooking Method: Take a chicken breast piece and break it down into thin, long strips. Transfer the chicken strips into a large bowl. Now add vinegar, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, shahi garam masala, salt, curd and oil. Mix well, and skewer the chicken strips onto wooden seekhs. Heat some oil in a grill pan and cook the skewered chicken strips until they are beautifully charred on the outside and completely cooked.
