Kesari Paneer Tikka Recipe

Kesari Paneer tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer marinated in spices and grilled in a tandoor or griller. It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka. Ingredients: 1/2 CUP FRESH CREAM 1 TBSP SAFFRON WATER 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE SALT TO TASTE 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA 200G PANEER 1 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 TBSP YELLOW BELL PEPPER 1 TBSP ONIONS 1 TBSP RED BELL PEPPER 1 TBSP OIL Method: In a bowl add fresh cream, saffron, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix them well. Now add paneer chunks and mix them. Remove the paneer chunks and then add capsicum, yellow bell pepper, onions, red bell pepper and mix them as well. Insert the paneer chunks and veggies into the skewers. In a griller pan add oil and place the skewers on top of it.
