Nord Stream pipeline explosion: No clarity yet on who perpetrated attack

Ever since the Nord Stream gas pipeline Russia and Germany exploded last year, there's been a growing speculation on who is the perpetrator of the attack and even after four months of the attack, there is no clarity on who did it.
