Pulling down of Indian flag in London: UK asked to quickly arrest culprits, says Foreign Secy Kwatra

India has urged UK to swiftly arrest and prosecute those behind the vandalism at the Indian High Commission in London on Sunday. The tricolour atop the India's London mission was pulled down by a group of people waving separatist Khalistani flags on Sunday evening. Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra said India summoned the UK deputy high commissioner and demanded action in the matter.
