Singapore Airlines and Tata Group to merge Air India, Vistara by March 2024
Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Tata Group have agreed to merge Air India and Vistara, with SIA also investing $252 million in Air India as part of the transaction. The merger is aimed to be completed by March 2024.
