The prices of both gold and silver have recorded a hike and are trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Monday, January 28.

Gold futures, maturing on April 5, 2023, stood at Rs 57,235 per 10 grams, recording a marginal hike of Rs 51 or 0.09 per cent. The previous close was recorded at Rs 57,279 per 10 grams.

Similarly, silver futures, due on March 3, 2023, witnessed a jump of Rs 334 or 0.49 per cent and were retailing at Rs 68438 per kg on the MCX against the previous close of Rs 68,329.
