We all want to dress up and when we wear clothes that show skin, we want our skin to look flawless and amazing and smooth but the body hair that we all have, prevent that from happening and that's why we all need to get rid of our body hair. But the question is how? There are multiple ways to remove body hair but picking the right one can be difficult because we all want different things and one way of body hair removal cannot be enough to suit all of our demands. There are multiple ways which are time-consuming and painful and there are those that are super expensive and the ones that are a complete hassle. This is why we all need to be well informed about different methods of hair removal which can make our lives and choices much easier.

Here are the different methods of hair removal every woman should know about:

1. Shaving

This is the easiest and quickest method of hair removal. All you need is a good razor and some shaving cream. This method is also very painless but the only disadvantage of this method is that your hair will grow back really soon and you are at risk of razor cuts and burns if you don't have much experience with shaving your body hair. You should absolutely avoid shaving facial hair.

2. Hair Removal Creams

These creams contain chemicals that break down the hair and help you get rid of them in a quick and painless manner. All you need to do is apply a thick layer of this cream on the area you want and wait for a while (as per instructions) and then remove the cream with a light scraper. When you use a hair removal cream to remove body hair it lasts longer than shaving. But these creams have a lot of chemicals and can be harmful to your skin and also irritate your skin and cause an allergic reaction.

3. Waxing

Waxing is a method where hot wax is used to remove the hair from the roots and it is painful. Warm wax is applied to an area and then a cloth is used to strip your body of the hair. This is painful but much more long-lasting as compared to the methods above but at the same time there's a risk of wax burns and you will have to wait for your hair to grow back to it's full length to pull it out again.

4. Laser

This is a way to get rid of body hair for the long term. This method uses a laser to destroy the hair follicle and reduces the hair growth and the amount of hair you have on your body. It's nearly pain-free but this procedure is long and tiring and happens over the span of a few months and it is also one of the most expensive ways to get rid of body hair.

5. Electrolysis

This method includes using electric current to the hair follicle which leads to your hair falling out. This is much like laser removal and is said to be permanent. This process is painful and it is also a slow process and takes a lot of time though it is less expensive than laser hair removal.

6. Epilation

This method requires an epilation device which is much like a trimmer and removes body hair except that it removes them from the follicles. The only drawback is that this process is pretty painful because an epilator pulls out one hair at a time which can often be painful.
