Puzzles and optical illusions are among the favourite things to indulge in, for almost every person on the Internet. Nothing feels more satisfying than being able to figure out how an optical illusion works.

So, here is one for you. A photograph that shows an owl camouflaged into the stones will leave you dumbfounded.

The image perfectly captures an owl perched on a dry-stone wall in the village of Foolow in the Derbyshire Peak District, UK. The bird's brown feathers are cleverly camouflaged into the stones, even though it's broad daylight.

Try spotting it! We bet you will have a hard time.

In the picture, the owl appears to have his eyes placed directly on the photographer. It is difficult to spot it, but if you look closely, you will find it sitting on the dry-stone wall.

If you were able to spot it, give yourself a pat on the back.

Recently, a photograph that shows a little girl camouflaged against a rocky landscape went viral on social media.

The image, which was originally posted on the social media site Imgur in 2016, shows a boulder-strewn landscape and asks readers to find a young female tourist wearing a purple hoodie and waving at the camera.

But it isn't that simple, as the shadows and crevices of the stone formations make it tricky to spot her.

"Can you find her? Look closely," was the teasing caption on the photo.

If you haven't yet spotted her in the image above - we'll give you some clues. She's in the lower half of the image, positioned at the end of a long, jutting rock. And she's wearing a purple hoodie and waving at the camera.

If you still can't spot her, then there's nothing we can do.
