Specialists create MEAT ice cream in Minsk lab

"Ice Meat" as it is called by its creators, is a mixture of meat and dairy products, which gives it a good amount of both protein and fat, with no added sugar in order to make it suitable for diabetics as specialists explained. "The meat ice cream is a refreshing original healthy product that is perfect for a light snack," said a senior researcher at the meat products department Irina Kaltovich. Chief specialist of technologies for dairy production Grigory Pinchuk confirmed that the product "has the right to exist," mentioning that "Ice Meat" could be improved and refined with different flavours in order to obtain a better taste.
