In order to prevent cheating in the next state board exams, the Board of Secondary Education of Uttar Pradesh has released a list of guidelines, which prohibits invigilators from using mobile phones, calculators, or any other e-devices.

The Uttar Pradesh government announced on Saturday that a teacher of the subject for which an exam is being given will not be placed on duty and that 50% of the invigilators at the examination centres will be external. These comply with the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's instructions for a board exam without copying.

According to the rules, no female examinee will be frisked by a male invigilator. Additionally, female invigilators will monitor rooms where girls are taking exams. As per According to the statement, no teacher shall be appointed at a certain examination centre at his or her request for vested interest.

Each exam room will have two invigilators, and those with more than 40 students will have three, according to Divyakant Shukla, the secretary of the Board of Secondary Education.

Additionally, invigilators will be required to protect the privacy and security of the exam papers. No candidate is allowed to enter the exam room with any copying materials, such as a phone, a calculator, or any other electronic device.

According to the statement, the invigilator will check the examination room to make sure there are no text materials, posters, charts, or written instructions on the blackboard that could be helpful for the test-takers.
