FIFA World Cup 2022: Fan intrudes pitch with pride flag between Portugal vs Uruguay match
Portugal vs Uruguay was momentarily stopped after a fan invaded the pitch with a pride flag. He was nabbed by the security, but not before he could run half the length of the pitch.

Portugal vs Uruguay was halted momentarily in the second half after a fan invaded the pitch with a pride flag and a message on his blue shirt "Respect Iranian women".
In a World Cup that has been shrouded in controversy about human rights, this was the first instance that a fan was able to get into the pitch with a social message.
