After Noida, ‘No helmet, no petrol’ drive comes in effect at Ghaziabad

The ‘no helmet, no petrol’ drive initiated by authorities across Noida and Greater Noida on June 1, has now been implemented across Ghaziabad, starting June 16. Riders without helmets will not be sold any fuel across all ninety-nine fuel stations in Ghaziabad. Moreover, drivers of 4-wheelers found without seat belts will also be denied any service. The district administration has made the necessary preparations as well as instructed the police to take care of any cases of manhandling of fuel station staff by violators who are denied fuel.
