Anupam Kher shares a quirky post while expressing fondness for 'village boy band'

Bollywood's veteran star Anupam Kher is a regular on social media. Be it, selfies, workout videos, anecdotes, random observations, or just updates on his life– the 'Saaransh' actor knows how to keep his millions of fans engaged. Now, recently, the actor, who is currently shooting for his next project 'Moh Maaya' in Bhopal, took to Instagram and shared a quirky post while expressing his fondness for a musical band. The video shows three boys singing in a hilarious manner while enacting to play instruments. Kher, who was in awe of their mesmerising performance shared his desires to take the trio on a world tour. Trying to figure out what the little ones were singing, the 66-year-old assumed that they might be 'singing about hope and always a possibility of good times.' Further, he thought that the 'lyrics are about the rough patch the world is going through right now.' At last, he concluded the post and jokingly nominated them for the Grammy's and declared them as the winners. His caption read as, 'The BEST musical band ever!! I want to take them on a #WorldTour. I am sure these children are singing in gibberish about HOPE and always a possibility of good times. I think the lyrics are also about the rough patch the world is going through right now. But we will be FINE soon. Enjoy the best song ever! I nominate them for @gmmgrammy award and declare them as winners too! Don’t you agree?'. Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor will next be seen in the short film 'Happy Birthday' opposite Ahana Kumra. A few days back, he also treated fans with the first look poster of his upcoming film which received a positive response by his fans. While, on the personal front, recently the veteran actor, shared the news of his wife Kirron Kher suffering from blood cancer with his fans and well-wishers on social media. His note read, ‘Just so that rumours don’t get the better of a situation Sikandar and I would like to inform everyone that Kirron has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. She is currently undergoing treatment and we are sure she will come out of this stronger than before. We are very blessed that she is being looked after by a phenomenal set of doctors. She’s always been a fighter and takes things head-on.’ Elaborating further, he added, 'She is all heart and that is why she has so many people that love her. So keep sending your love to her in your prayers and in your heart. She is well on her way to recovery and we thank everyone for their support and love. Anupam and Sikandar'.
