Chandigarh: Young farmers take out protest march against farm bills

Chandigarh youth farmers took out a march in support of protesting farmers from Ram Darbar area to Hallomajra Chowk in Chandigarh. The march was organized by Punjab Kisan Union (PKU) and Youth Farmers Unity. According to Punjab Kisan Union and youth farmer unity leaders, 'this law is very dangerous for the farmers as well as the labourers. First the government mandis will be destroyed through the law. The rate of rice and wheat will increase, the value of flour which is currently available for Rs 20-25 per kilogram will increase manifold'.
