Maharashtra political turmoil: Sherlyn Chopra says ‘finally’ after Uddhav Thackeray submits his resignation as CM

During his address to the state on Facebook live, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray stepped down from his post on June 29. Many reacted to Thackeray's decision and one among them was actress Sherlyn Chopra. Expressing her delight, Sherlyn in a tweet wrote, 'Uddhav Thackeray resigns as CM #UddhavOut''. In a follow up tweet she further wrote, 'FINALLY!'. Meanwhile, Uddhav Thackeray's decision came just a few minutes after the Supreme Court refused to stay Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's direction to Maha Vikas Aghadi government to take a floor test in the Assembly on Thursday.
