Pornography case: Raj Kundra's associate Yash Thakur denies all allegations levelled against him by Mumbai Police, calls himself a victim of extortion

Since the arrest of Raj Kundra in the case pertaining to the creation and distribution of pornographic films on mobile apps, new developments are being reported every day. Amid its investigation in the case, Mumbai Police have alleged that Raj Kundra's associate Yash Thakur played a significant role in the distribution of the adult content which was produced by Raj. However, while denying all the allegations, Yash aka Aditya Shrivastava has now claimed that he has neither spoken to Raj Kundra nor is concerned in any way with any acts or transactions of Raj and his firms. While claiming that he has been a victim of extortion, in a conversation with ETimes, Yash said, 'I was getting extortion calls since January 2021. I told the caller that I am not the owner of the company and I cannot pay. I was threatened to be framed and later all this happened in February.' He further claimed, 'I have clarified through my lawyer that Nuefliks is a US-based company and I was hired as a consultant. I have never spoken to Raj Kundra or any of his associates.'
