
Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘dal chawal with tadka..’ remark on Alia Bhatt gets criticised online: ‘Could have said it in a better way’
At the trailer launch of ‘Shamshera’, Ranbir Kapoor referred to his wife Alia Bhatt as ‘dal chawal with tadka, aachar, pyaaz etc’ while talking about her importance in his life. While many found Ranbir’s comments for Alia sweet, there’s a section of netizens that thought the actor ‘could have said it in a better way’. Here are some of the comments criticising Ranbir Kapoor’s remarks: ‘That is still a VERY weird way to talk about your s/o lol’, ‘And I have watched YJHD and know the dialogue too and he tried to be funny but it didn’t work atleast for me’, ‘It sounded weird, could have said in a better way’.
