Aid Distributed Across Mozambique in Wake of Cyclone

NGOs and air force units rescued trapped people and distributed vital aid in Mozambique following a cyclone that left an estimated 400,000 homeless and devastated the landscape. In the province of Sofala, 40 stranded people, including babies, were rescued by the South African Air Force. The UN Humanitarian Response Depot said that they had sent 200,000 rations of high-energy biscuits to Mozambique.
