Ram Charan goes into self-isolation after his vanity van driver dies of coronavirus

Tollywood star Ram Charan, who had been shooting for Chiranjeevi-starrer 'Acharya' has now gone into self-isolation at his home. Amid the dramatic spike in COVID-19 cases across the country and in film industries pan India, the actor decided to immediately take the step as a precaution. For the uninitiated, before this, reports claimed that Ram Charan's personal vanity driver had recently passed away after battling with coronavirus complications. It was being said that this news had come as a rude shock to the star as he is reportedly very attached to all the members of his team. Reports suggest that the recent death of his vanity driver forced the actor to take stock of the grim situation and go into quarantine as soon as possible. For those unaware, in the last week of December, the 36-year-old actor tested COVID positive with mild symptoms. In less than 15 days, he tested negative after home quarantine. Meanwhile, Ram Charan's uncle and Chiranjeevi's brother Pawan Kalyan is at the moment undergoing treatment for COVID-19 at his farmhouse. The 'Vakeel Saab' actor took the test after his personal staff members contracted coronavirus. Also, an actor from the film 'Acharya' recently tested positive for the virus. Sonu Sood, who will be seen playing the role of a villain in the film recently tested positive for the virus while he was shooting for the film. Although it is noteworthy that a major chunk of the movie has already been shot. For the unversed, just some time back, there were reports that actor Prabhas had gone into home isolation amid the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the second wave. Some sources claimed that the personal make-up man of the ‘Baahubali’ actor had tested positive for COVID-19 and so, the makers of ‘Radhe Shyam’ had indefinitely called off the shoot. Though the news is doing the rounds on the internet, there is no official confirmation.
