Tahira Kashyap says she 'feels anger, frustration and breakdown' amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis

COVID-19 pandemic is also taking a toll on the mental health of the people leading to depression and other problems. Staying indoors and finding a purpose every day when the situation out is uncontrollable is difficult. Now, Ayushmann Khurrana's wife and author-filmmaker Tahira Kashyap went on to talk about her mixed emotions on the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in a video on Instagram. In the video, the actress stated how she has been dealing with feelings like frustration, despair and breakdown. Furthermore, Tahira also mentioned to accommodate a silent prayer, some compassion, and a heart to share amid these trying times. Tahira captioned the video as, 'Feeling vulnerable... let’s stick together.' Soon several fans extended their support to her and showered much love in the comment section. While one user wrote, 'Unimaginable pain surrounds us right now but what makes it worse is when ppl can’t empathise so thank you for sharing this', another one commented, 'I love you, Tahira. Every single time, you have always inspired me one or another way..' Earlier, Ayushmann and Tahira contributed to the Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's Relief Fund to help the people hit by the pandemic in the state. Meanwhile, actors like Milind Soman and Deepika Padukone are also spreading mental health awareness amid the ongoing covid-19 pandemic.
