A report published in the journal Experimental Physiology has some worrisome predictions for the people who hit the bed late at night. The report suggested that those who sleep late at night due to work or watching TV shows may invite diseases like type 2 Diabetes and heart ailments. The deprivation of sleep not only impacts the glucose level of the body but it also leads to hypertension.
