UK content creator upcycles sofa with new upholstery

This arts and crafts content creator from Newcastle upon Tyne has upcycled an old sofa into something that looks brand new and store-bought. Footage from January 5 shows Shade's furniture transformation in full, where a cosy sheet is stitched to the cushion and seat of the sofa. She said: "I’m upcycling a sofa with boucle material to make an affordable, trendy cloud sofa!" The entire project took Shade about 10 hours to do; she had not used her sewing machine in about 14 years, so it was a fun challenge for her.
