Why foreign faculty members have become a top choice of private universities

Private universities are holding recruitment weeks abroad to hire foreign professors these days. The universities are of the view that the foreign educators will give the students a global exposure with quality education. But they are not overlooking the talent from premier institutes like IITs, IIMs and central universities as faculties. Recruiters say that quality education for Indian students is the top priority and in return the educators from abroad are receiving academic freedom.
