School dropouts: No, we won't sue parents, says Education Minister

In the pursuit of making secondary education compulsory, the Education Ministry won't resort to suing parents for not sending their children to school. Speaking to reporters at Sekolah Pendidikan Khas Jalan Batu (L) Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, minister Fadhlina Sidek said the focus should be on emphasising how important education is, addressing the issue of student dropouts, and making sure every children has equal access to education.
