
Allocations for MPs cut as economy still recovering, says Anwar
Annual development allocations for backbencher MPs have been slashed as the country's economy is still in recovery mode, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Speaking to reporters in Port Dickson on Friday (Feb 3), the Prime Minister also said he had to be strict on issues of governance, corruption and abuse of power in order for the country to move forward.
