
Cops rescue two children, mother and grandaunt arrested for suspected abuse
Two children with bruises and injuries on their body and face were rescued by police from a unit in Rifle Range flats in George Town, Penang. George Town OCPD Asst Comm Soffian Santong on Friday (May 27) said the children's mother, 28, and grandaunt, 52, had been detained to facilitate investigations over the suspected abuse.
