
EVENING 5: Open payment system at five highways by Sept
In today’s edition of Evening 5 — Highway users, especially those in Klang Valley and Penang, will soon be able to pay tolls using other means of payments besides Touch 'n Go, starting with five expressways by this coming September. Meanwhile, MoF says bank loans backed by EPF Account 2 savings will bear annual interest rates of 4% to 5%.
