
Gerakan president tells members to focus on next year's state polls
Gerakan president Datuk Dr Dominic Lau has asked party members to focus on state elections expected to be held in six states next year. He said that after the party’s post-GE15 review meeting on Saturday (Nov 26), adding that voter support for the party and Perikatan Nasional had increased in the recent GE15. Meanwhile, Lau said the party will also help campaign for the Perikatan candidates in the Padang Serai parliamentary seat in Kedah and the Tioman state assembly seat in Pahang after the election for both these seats was postponed.
