
Immigration DG: Quick Response Teams to man check-in counters at KLIA during peak hours
The Immigration Department has trained special Quick Response Teams (QRTs) to man the check-in counters at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport during peak hours. Department director-general Datuk Seri Khairul Dzaimee Daud said the move is meant to overcome the problem of overcrowding at the check-in counters for foreign visitors at the airport.
