Concussion substitutes approved for international cricket

The International cricket council has approved the substitutions of concussed players across all international and first class cricket matches, the rule will come into effect ahead of this year's ashes series between Australia and England. The decision comes in wake of recent proof of Chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) in Australian sports players.
