Scott Morrison's key election 2019 tax cut promise faces delay

Tax returns for this financial year could be delayed, with the federal parliament unlikely to return before the end of June. Prime Minister Scott Morrison says he hopes to legislate the coalition's proposed tax cut package before July the first, but concedes there's a narrow window.
